Our secure location at Murarrie is available for visit by appointment only.

Payment

Paypal is the fastest and and our preferred payment option on Ebay items.

We also accept cash on collection and Direct deposit.

Direct Deposit details are displayed in check out when purchased.

Shipping

All items we sell are available for collection from our warehouse in Murarrie. Collection times are 9:00 - 4:30 Monday to Friday. Details will be provided on request. Sorry but we are not open on Weekends.

We use various couriers and Australia post for our delivery of our goods. All items are securely packed and include tracking. You will receive updates after purchasing which includes this detail.

Our postage charges include allowance for packaging fee and will differ from item to item depending on size and shape.

Terms

We are a registered Australian business, all goods we supply include tax invoice and our ABN.

Payment is required within 4 days of purchasing. Non payment will result in the item being re-listed.

All goods are shipped after payment has cleared. Payment by Paypal e-cheque will not be sent until funds clear. When you received your item, please leave your feedback and we will do the same.

Returns

Our products include warranty.

This will be detailed in the listing. Some items are a Dead On Arrival Warranty, but most have 3 month Return To Base warranty.

If an item is faulty simply return at you cost and we will send replacement product. If replacement product is unavailable a refund will be supplied. Refund covers cost of goods only. Postage and Freight charges are not refunded.
