At ACT Networks, we offer free shipping across Australia on nearly all products listed on our website. All items eligible for delivery are carefully packed and shipped directly from our Brisbane warehouse at no extra cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order using the courier’s website:

How Soon Is My Order Shipped?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your order’s delivery progress.

If you need a product urgently, we suggest you first email or call us to check what our current processing time is before you place an order.

Estimated Delivery Times (from our Brisbane warehouse):

  • Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra: 2 - 4 business days
  • Adelaide, Hobart: 4 - 7 business days
  • Darwin, Perth: 5 - 8 business days

*Regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

Which Couriers Do You Use?

We use Australia Post and TNT Express, depending on the size and weight of the item.

  • Smaller items are typically shipped via Australia Post.
  • Larger or heavier items (servers, workstations, storage arrays, etc) are shipped via TNT Express.

Important: TNT deliveries must go to a physical address (no PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers) and require someone to be present to sign for delivery.

Can I Pick Up My Order?

Yes! If you're local to the Brisbane area, you can choose the ‘Pickup’ option during checkout. Once your order is processed, we’ll email you to confirm it’s ready for collection from our warehouse in Murarrie, QLD.

Note: Processing can take up to 1 business day. Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect your order.
